Make a better skin, add gradients etc, make a more coloured banner.

Then, add quick reply, and some useful coding and edit the boards a bit..

I took quick reply off because it makes the page look bigger then it is and because it's too fast. People could spam easily or try to reply to a post when someone else is, making the chances of getting your post out to answer someone before the other person. That works well in the Court rooms.
